Search Real Estate Listings in the Asheville Area
I have lived in Asheville for over 12 years. I became involved in Real Estate, in 2001. Since then, I have been involved in and am experienced in all aspects of purchase, renovations, construction management, sales, and property management.
I have worked with Sellers looking to “quick sale” their property, and sellers in distress. I have worked with sellers in foreclosure, and with investors searching for these types of properties. I've helped investors negotiate with banks to acquire these properties, and assisted homeowners in negotiating a better plan with their bank, so that they could keep their home.
I have partnered with investors and bankers/mortgage brokers. I have created “notes”, acquired properties by using options and have done short sales in addition to using conventional means.
I love helping people get out of what they do not want, and get into what they do want. I love land and homes. When I was a little kid, when my folks and my brother and sister traveled to visit one of my parent’s friends, I was the nosy kid, who had to look all thru the house, just to see what it was like, the layout of the home, etc. I asked them questions about how much their home was worth, how much land they owned, where their property line was, etc.
I became a Certified ECO Realtor when the Asheville Board of Realtors offered this designation. As a concerned citizen about the Environment, and prior Environmental Biology student, I was very excited to earn this designation.
I am very passionate about alternative power, and green building. My personal dream is to live in a home that is totally “off the grid”, in a sustainable community.
I have also volunteered at the Animal Compassion Network, and donate a percentage of each and every commission to the ACN.
